I was really frustrated with the air conditioning in my room. it took nearly two hours to cool down to a comfortable temperature. The shared areas such as the elevators were dirty, which was disappointing for a place like this. To top it off, the breakfast was poorly stocked—definitely not what I expected from a Holiday Inn Express.
